Being a young parent is HARD. Many young moms and dads struggle to keep jobs, finish school, or work together with co-parents. This bill helps! Tax credits encourage employers to offer PAID paternity leave. Grants fund job training, GED programs, and career pathways. Mediation centers help co-parents work together without fighting. Child support navigators explain the system. Mental health and substance abuse services address real challenges. All VOLUNTARY grants to states. ZERO added to national debt!
