TIRED OF BEING IGNORED?
If you're a Republican in Modoc, you've watched your rangeland get eaten alive by grasshoppers and wolves ravage your livlihood while the feds dragged their feet. $52 million in losses — and Washington shrugged.
If you're a Democrat in Marin, you've watched housing costs push working families out of the communities they built. Rent-to-ownership should already exist — it doesn't because nobody wrote the bill.
If you've voted for either party hoping they'd fix the insurance crisis, bring back the timber jobs, protect the salmon, or make childcare affordable — and nothing changed — you're not alone.
This campaign is for people who are done waiting. 30+ bills. Food security, wildfire safety, economic stability, fiscal responsibility, justice, and the Constitution. All written. All public. All ready for Day One.
Drafted bills covering agriculture, housing, healthcare, forestry, insurance, fisheries, tribal justice, education, veterans, worker protections, tax fairness, and more — each one written for the specific needs of CA-2's nine counties.
THREE CORE PROMISES
End the Insurance Crisis — So You Can Keep Your Home
Insurance companies are fleeing California. If you've fire-hardened your home, you deserve coverage. This plan creates a guaranteed pathway: meet the standards, get the policy. Period.
Insurance Improvement Act Wildfire Stabilization Reinsurance ActRevitalize Timber & Forests — So You Can Earn a Living Wage
California went from 300 sawmills to fewer than 30. This plan reopens mills, creates thousands of forestry jobs, partners with tribes on cultural burning, and reduces catastrophic wildfire by managing the fuel load — not ignoring it.
Forest Revitalization Act Timber Economy Act Rural ProsperityPut Money Back in Your Pocket — Real Relief for Working Families
75% of carbon revenues go directly back to families as dividends. Tax loopholes for hedge funds and multinationals get closed. Childcare becomes affordable so parents can actually work. No new taxes on anyone earning under $400,000.
Carbon Dividend Fiscal Security Act Childcare ActTWO INITIATIVES READY FOR YOUR VOTE
California voters can bypass Sacramento and make law directly. These aren't slogans — they're complete ballot initiatives. Read every word.
California Insurance Improvement Act
Fixes California's collapsing insurance market. Modernizes Prop 103, requires insurers to serve all markets, guarantees coverage for fire-hardened homes, and creates the California Catastrophe Reserve Fund.

- ✓ Fire-hardened homes get guaranteed coverage
- ✓ Premium help for low-income homeowners
- ✓ Up to 20% discount for home hardening
California Forest Revitalization Act
Rebuilds the timber industry while restoring forest health. Streamlined permitting, economic incentives for mill reopening, tribal cultural burning partnerships — all with enhanced environmental protections.

- ✓ Tax credits up to $37,000/employee for forestry jobs
- ✓ 150ft watercourse buffers, old-growth preserved
- ✓ Tribal cultural burning as sovereign right
This is "Show Your Work." Other candidates make promises. I've written the legislation. Read every word — then decide.
FIGHTING FOR ALL OF CA-2
Marin County
Point Reyes ranching families displaced. Marin City and The Canal need a path to homeownership. Wildfire insurance collapsing. One of America's wealthiest counties — but not everyone shares in that wealth.
Point Reyes: Stop the Rancher Evictions
The Nature Conservancy, with Congressperson Jared Huffman's consent, paid $30 million to remove eleven multigenerational ranching families through private settlements with NDAs and no public hearings thereby setting the precedent to allow the government to sell offshore oil drilling leases off of the California Coast without public input or Congressional Consent. Federal legislation is drafted to restore their rights and demand Congressional hearings for major decisions regarding our public lands.

Wildfire survivors rebuilding while insurers flee. Wine country and working families need the same thing: stability.
Humboldt County
Eureka's waterfront, College of the Redwoods, and Yurok, Hoopa Valley, and Wiyot communities deserve a working economy.
Mendocino County
Fort Bragg's fishing port, family farms, and cannabis heritage — Mendocino needs fair treatment and real investment.
Del Norte County
Crescent City's fishing fleet, Tolowa Dee-ni' and Yurok communities, and California's last undammed river deserve a voice.
Shasta County
Redding is the North State's hub. After the Carr and Zogg fires, families are rebuilding — they need insurance and forest management.
Siskiyou County
Klamath River salmon, Karuk cultural burning, and timber country — self-reliant communities that want opportunity, not handouts.
Trinity County
78% federal land, 90% of the river diverted, and the most remote inland county in California. Trinity needs someone who shows up.
Modoc County
$52 million in grasshopper losses while the feds delayed. Ranchers don't want special treatment — they want government to do its job.
THREE OMNIBUS BILLS
Community Affordability, Fair Economy & Community Health Act
The CAFE CH Act bundles affordability, economic fairness, and healthcare access into one comprehensive package for all of CA-2.

North Coast & Redwood Country Comprehensive Healthcare Act
A healthcare plan designed for rural reality — telehealth, mobile clinics, workforce recruitment, and tribal health partnerships.
